Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop at Jaspersy.com. Please read our refund policy carefully before making your purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure a smooth experience for you.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • The following items are exempt from refunds: gift cards.

Returns and Exchanges:

We only accept returns for regular priced Jewelry items that does NOT include a message card within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item must be sent back to us to the address listed below at your expense, do not send it back to the manufacturer.

Jewelry items that include a message card cannot be refunded but can only be exchanged if there is an issue with the printed message card or if the jewelry is damaged. Please provide pictures via email for our records.

Exchanges:

We only offer replacements for clothing items if they are misprints or damaged upon arrival. The replacement item provided must be the same size and style as the original item ordered. Please provide pictures of the damaged item or misprint for our records.

Return Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at (email and/or phone number).

Shipping:

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
