Sometimes your order will arrive in separate packages depending on what type of product you purchased. If your order is from 2 of our providers then 2 packages will be shipped each with a different tracking number which will be provided to you once production has finished.
If there is an issue with a product please contact us, we will send out a replacement if we find that it is warranted. We cannot replace or refund products that are size related issues so please refer to our size guides for selecting the right size.
